How I can help

We all know that Life has its ups and downs. Sometimes the “downs” can become unmanageable. Being able to talk to someone new and learn new ways of coping can really help.

Coming to see me will be a safe experience. But I offer far more than just a safe, empathetic place to reflect. I draw on a wealth of knowledge of different problems, a wide range of theories and therapeutic models and many years of clinical experience. I appreciate the uniqueness of each person’s individual experience and will help you make sense of what you’re going through.

Whether your problems have started recently or have been present throughout your life, whether they are things you are struggling with alone, relationship problems, existential issues with personal identity or other complexities I would like to be able to help you.

Many people feel their difficulties fall under one of the headings below, even though the problems in this list can present in a myriad of different ways. I have experience in working with people for whom each of these has been a source of distress.
